Oklahoma City attorney Bob Burke on last week launched an attack on yet another provision of the state's Administrative Workers' Compensation Act.
Burke has already filed more than 37 lawsuits challenging various aspects of the 2013 overhaul of the Oklahoma comp scheme, and he has flagged more than 63 provisions as constitutionally problematic.
However, he said in an email Thursday that "few are as mean-spirited as 85A O.S. Section 45(E)(8)."
