The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated the amendments it is considering applying to its rules on vocational rehabilitation costs.
The amendments have been under consideration since October, when DLI issued a request for comments on changes to Rule 5220.1900: Rehabilitation Service Fees and Costs. The agency's Rehabilitation Review Panel discussed the comments during a Jan. 5 meeting and updated the document containing the proposed amendments on Monday.
