Joseph Waxman filed Friday with the 1st District Court of Appeals a stipulation that he will no longer represent Wanda Ogilvie, and that Mark Gearheart of Gearheart and Otis is taking over as Ogilvie’s new attorney.The filing eliminates any question of how the City and County of San Francisco was going to handle the departure of Peter Scherr, lead attorney for the defense in the Ogilvie case, who announced earlier in March that he accepted a position with Waxman’s firm.In his stipulation, Waxman said he has screened his other staff members from Scherr to avoid any discussion of the...
