Inland Empire Man Charged With Double Dipping

The San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office charged a man with workers' compensation fraud for allegedly failing to report income earned while collecting temporary disability benefits. Prosecutors say Raymond Chastain, 23, on Oct. 23, 2012, filed a workers' compensation claim for injuries sustained while working for TPG Staffing.  Rodney Tamparong, a senior investigator, said in a statement that an investigation revealed Chastain did not report income earned while collecting temporary disability benefits on the claim.
