A jury trial will begin in October in a civil complaint charging Travelers Property and Casualty Co. of America and former investigator William Reynolds with malicious prosecution for allegedly persuading a prosecutor to charge five chiropractors with insurance fraud and illegal practice of medicine for procedures the carrier knew were within their scope of practice.
