State Updates Fee Schedules, but Not Guidelines

North Dakota has published updated fee schedules that will go into effect Sunday. The fee schedules determine how much facilities will be reimbursed for care performed on injured workers at outpatient therapy centers, ambulatory surgical centers and other types of medical facilities.
