Settlement Reached After Worker Injected With Flammable Gas

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has reached an agreement with Shield Packaging Co. Inc., ASI Staffing Group Corp. and Southern Mass Staffing to correct hazards following an incident in which an employee was injected with a flammable propellant gas.
