Court Orders Board to Revisit Compensability of Worker's Claim for New/Omitted Condition

The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that the Workers’ Compensation Board will have to revisit its resolution of a worker’s claim for a new/omitted medical condition because of a change in law on compensability.  Case: Fred Meyer Stores v.
