Claimants' Attorney to High Court: I'm Not Required to Give Up Attorney's Fees

A Pittsburgh claimants' attorney fighting to keep his $14,750 unreasonable contest attorney's fee award in a case that was later decided for the employer told the Pennsylvania Supreme Court last week that there is no law requiring him to give up the fee.
