Court: Claimant Still Capable of Driving Safely with Fentanyl

A trial court did not violate the public policy against intoxicated driving by ruling that a claimant was capable of driving while under the influence of several strong painkillers, the Nebraska Court of Appeals ruled in an unpublished decision.
