Blocked Exit at Dollar General Leads to OSHA Citation

A Dollar General store in Hamburg is facing proposed fines of $113,300 after an OSHA inspection allegedly found an unmarked and blocked exit and blocked aisles. The store, which also lacked an easily accessible fire extinguisher at the time of the inspection, was cited on Oct. 21 for one serious and three repeat violations, OSHA said in a news release.
