A former Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities worker and a nurse in Wisconsin were indicted on a combined 93 counts of workers’ compensation fraud, the Alaska Department of Law announced.Scott A. Groom is a former DOT worker who was injured on the job in 1999.
