The New Hampshire Department of Labor reminded employers of biennial-filing requirements for safety summary forms due from any business with 10 or more employees.The agency said employers that last filed the forms in 2006 must file again for 2008. The forms are due on Jan. 1 of every other year.Employers that do not comply with the requirement face fines of up to $1,000 per day.
