Four Northeast Ohio workers pleaded guilty in November to defrauding the Bureau of Workers' Compensation by working while receiving benefits, the BWC's special investigations department announced Friday.
Three of the workers — Geoffrey Cigany of Chardon, Laitanya Dinkins of Euclid and Timothy Lumsden of Avon Lake — were ordered to pay restitution ranging from roughly $3,700 to $8,500.
