WCC Calling for Arbitrator Evaluations by March 1

The Workers’ Compensation Commission is asking stakeholders to evaluate the agency’s 34 arbitrators by filling out an evaluation form that is due by March 1. Arbitrators will be evaluated based on integrity and ethical conduct, impartiality, experience and knowledge, temperament, efficiency and lack of bias.
