The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is recommending fines of $56,000 against an asbestos removal contractor for eight serious violations at a work site in Buffalo, N.Y.OSHA said in a press release that inspectors cited Aria Contracting Group, of Orchard Park, N.Y., for violations at a former warehouse in Buffalo.
