HR, Staffing Company Lyons Acquires PEO Aabakus Inc.

Human resources and staffing company Lyons HR has acquired the Nashville, Tennessee-based professional employer organization Aabakus Inc., Lyons announced Monday. Florence, Alabama-based Lyons HR now serves more than 600 clients in 40 states — a total of more than 12,000 employees. Aabakus has provided outsourced HR services for small companies for 30 years.
