The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will hold a public hearing Jan. 8 on proposed changes to rules governing vocational rehabilitation services.
The changes are the result of the agency's statutorily required five-year rule review. The changes to Ohio Administrative Code 4123-18, posted on the Ohio Register website, would require managed care organizations to provide vocational rehabilitation management to injured workers, under the state's health partnership program. The goal is to assist the injured worker in finding employment.
