Two Claimants Convicted of Working While on TTD; Third Accused

A claimant who worked as a farrier on a farm while drawing workers’ compensation benefits was among two accused double-dippers convicted on fraud charges last month, the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority reported in its latest newsletter.
