WCIRB Committees to Review Possible Mid-Year Rate Filing

Two Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau committees will meet in Oakland next week to discuss a possible mid-year rate filing. The Actuarial Committee will meet Tuesday to review loss adjustment expenses and insurer results from the final quarter of 2015. The committee will also calculate the industry average filed rate as of Jan 1.
