Ken Luttrell, D-Ponca City, announced Tuesday he would offer an amendment to Senate Bill 1973 by Sen. Glenn Coffee, R-Oklahoma City, to “revoke the entire current workers’ comp system.” But a day later Luttrell withdrew his amendment before it was offered, an aide reported.
