BWC Proposes Amendments to Provider Certification Criteria for Health Partnership Program

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has posted that Rule 4123-6-02.2, which relates to provider access to the Health Partnership Program and certification criteria, has been proposed to the bureau’s board of directors. The proposed rule abolishes certain professional regulatory boards and transfers their duties to either another board or to a newly created board.
