The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued masonry contractor Juan Sagredo of Doraville, Ga., seven citations, with fines totaling $164,120, for alleged safety violations at work sites in Sugar Hill and Conyers.OSHA inspected the sites under a regional emphasis program aimed at preventing injuries and deaths caused by falls.The agency reported its inspection at 6001 Cumming Highway in Sugar Hill resulted in four repeat citations, with fines totaling $99,220, for allegedly failing to provide a platform with a guardrail along all open sides and ends, as well as toe boards to pr...
