Board Launches Online System to Appeal Cal-OSHA Citations

The Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board launched an online system allowing employers to appeal citations issued by Cal-OSHA. The OSHAB Appeals Scheduling and Information System, or OASIS, allows businesses to file appeals documents electronically and receive instant confirmation of a successful submission. The system also allows employers to track the status of their appeal.
