Firefighter Accused of Comp Fraud After Playing Gigs With Former Band

A Guilford firefighter has been accused of workers' compensation fraud for playing drums on a few songs with his former bar band and helping them set up equipment while out on a workers' compensation injury to his right knee.  Fraud investigators say they believe 55-year-old Michael Hudd's actions indicate that he misrepresented his ability to return to work.
