Staffing Agency Not Liable for Worker Loaned to Second Employer

A temporary staffing agency is not required to pay the workers' compensation claim for a worker it assigned to an employer because the worker was injured while "on loan" to another employer without knowledge of the staffing agency, Wisconsin's 2nd District Court of Appeals ruled.Case: M.M.
