New Jersey Chief Workers' Compensation Judge Peter J. Calderone notified judges and attorneys in the state system this week that he appears to have resolved a series of complaints against American International Group (AIG) alleging the insurance giant failed to respond to claims and enforcement orders.Calderone issued a memorandum to stakeholders in the system Tuesday saying AIG has established a centralized system for New Jersey cases that included a mailing address and has assigned AIG Assistant Vice President Janice Moore as the carrier's point person on New Jersey issues.Calderone ...
