Rule Would Mandate Preapproval of Compounds

The Division of Workers’ Compensation has formally proposed an amendment that would require preauthorization of all compounded drugs. Proposed amendments to 28 Texas Administrative Code §134.500 would exclude all prescription drugs created through compounding.
