Report From Psychologist Didn't Override Contrary Opinion From Different Expert

An Ohio appellate court ruled that a psychologist’s opinion as to a worker’s inability to maintain any form of sustained remunerative employment did not invalidate a prior report from a different expert who concluded that the worker remained employable.
