The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a Wisconsin roofing contractor for the sixth time in the past five years for allegedly exposing employees to falls.
Carlos Ketz, who operates as Ketz Roofing, based in Menasha, Wisconsin, was cited on July 5. OSHA has proposed penalties of $48,777.
