IME Company, Provider Booted From Comp System

The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board has rescinded the designation of a provider of independent medical examinations and has revoked the authorization of a physician to treat injured workers. Both changes took effect Friday. WCB rescinded the designation of Expert Claims Services Inc. as an entity registered to derive income from independent medical examinations in workers’ compensation cases. The company’s address is P.O.
