Legislative Committee to Review Procedural Rule Changes

The North Carolina Rules Review Commission will consider 14 rule amendments proposed by the Industrial Commission when it meets on Nov. 15, according to a notice in Thursday’s state Register.  The commission announced the proposed changes to Subchapter 23A in an Aug. 15 notice. The commission said it recommended the changes after it reviewed its regulations on its own initiative and sought feedback from stakeholders.  The proposed amendments are to Chapter 11 of the North Carolina Administrative Code, Subchapter 23A, rules .0101, .0102 .0103, .0108, .0302, .0411, .0503, ...
