Ohio’s two U.S. senators have recommended that the administrator and chief executive officer of the state Bureau of Workers’ Compensation be named a U.S. District Court judge in Columbus.
Sarah Morrison, 46, of Blacklick, would fill the open seat created by the retirement of Judge Gregory L. Frost, U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Ohio, if President Trump nominates her and she is confirmed, The Columbus Dispatch reported.
If nominated, she would face a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee and then a full vote of the Senate.
