Court Grants Discovery in Collection Dispute Between Self-Insured Trust and Ex-Members

A New York appellate court last week ruled that the administrators of a group self-insured trust were entitled to compel the production of a report on its alleged mismanagement. NYAHSA Services was formed in 1995 to provide workers’ compensation coverage to employers within the home health care industry.
