A former correctional officer in Connecticut was arrested by inspectors from the Workers’ Compensation Fraud Control Unit in the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney on a warrant charging him with working as a contractor while receiving workers’ compensation benefits.
Emanuel Fanceschi is also accused of one count of larceny in the first degree for defrauding a public community.
