The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold three public hearings Aug. 29 on proposed changes to its general rules, claims handling standards and adjuster certification program. Under revisions to the general rules, employers would have to provide injured workers with a copy of the “Beginner’s Guide to Tennessee Workers’ Compensation” and to file certain forms with the agency.
