Formulary Rules Still in Development as Implementation Deadline Passes

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation was still working on revisions to formulary rules proposed in March as the July 1 implementation deadline set by California lawmakers came and went. DWC spokesman Peter Melton on Wednesday confirmed that the division is still planning to post revised rules for a 15-day comment period before submitting them to the Office of Administrative Law for final approval.
