BWC Formulary Proposal Is Big News for Opioid Maker

A company that makes two opioid drugs that are administered by applying a patch to the inside of the cheek is touting the potential addition of its products to Ohio’s workers’ compensation drug formulary. BioDelivery Sciences International Inc. makes Belbuca, an inside-the-cheek buprenorphine film, and Bunavail, a buprenorphine-and-naloxone film.
