A 55-year-old Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to taking nearly $10,000 in workers’ compensation benefits after returning to work, the state Workers’ Compensation Fraud Inspector General’s Office said.
Arnold Fassbinder pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony, Inspector General Catherine Leahy Scott said in a press release.
Fassbinder began receiving benefits in July 2015 after suffering multiple injuries from falling off a ladder while attempting to repair a roof.
