Denise Elliot Joins McNees, Wallace and Nurick in Lancaster

Attorney Denise E. Elliot has joined the law firm McNees, Wallace and Nurick LLC to practice with the firm’s Labor & Employment Group in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Elliot will defend self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters and will represent and counsel clients in employment discrimination litigation, compliance with the American Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leave Act, and health and safety issues.
