Illinois Commission Chairman Seeks Circuit Judge Post

Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Chairman Dennis Ruth is running unopposed for judge of the 3rd Judicial Circuit in Madison County, a position expected to become vacant when current Circuit Judge Edward Ferguson retires at the end of his term.Ruth was picked by the Madison County Democratic Party Central Committee to run for the seat.
