The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Tuesday released revised formulary rules that include a more detailed process for weaning patients off drugs that are not recommended, and released a new process for resolving disputes about the formulary.
The division reopened the public comment period, giving interested parties an additional 15 days to suggest changes to the revisions.
