Court Revives Worker's Suit Against Homeowner for Fall Through Porch

A New York appellate court ruled that a homeowner could be liable to a worker who allegedly suffered injuries due to the defective condition of a porch while the worker was preparing an estimate for the repair of the defect. Case: Arcabascio v.
