Alleged Fall, Other Hazards Bring Contractor $43,800 in Fines

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued 12 serious citations, with fines totaling $43,800, to Buford, Ga.-based Maga Construction for allegedly exposing workers to fall and other hazards at a San Antonio, Texas, work site.
