Oregon Appellate Fines SAIF $24k for Destroying Records

An Oregon appellate court held the State Accident Insurance Fund (SAIF) in contempt for destroying documents and fined the company more than $24,000.The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the plaintiff in Oregonians for Sound Economic Policy v. SAIF, No. A128735, 2/13/08.
