Recycling Co. Fined $318,000 for Improper Gas Storage, Lax Training Enforcement

A Georgia recycling company that failed to report an amputation within 24 hours was cited for nearly $318,000 worth of workplace safety violations this week. Each citation issued to Columbia Recycling Corp. carried a fine, and the Dalton employer received nine as the result of an April inspection.
