The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that rejection-of-coverage forms and workers’ compensation coverage certificates can now be filed online.
At the same time, the commission announced that users of its WebFile system can update email addresses on their own.
The commission posted links on its website to fill out electronic versions of the “Rejection of Coverage (Form 16A)” and the “Certificate of Workers’ Compensation Insurance (Form 61A)” forms.
