Drug Formulary Committee Meeting in Helena

An ad hoc committee of the Montana Employment Relations Division will review research on first fill policies, prior authorization requirements and dispute resolution procedures for a workers’ compensation prescription drug formulary during a meeting today in Helena. Committee members will also discuss plans to create a process to handle legacy claims for workers injured before the pending formulary goes into effect, as well as possible rules for an expedited dispute resolution process.
