The number of lost-time claims and contested cases filed with the Michigan Workers' Compensation Agency dropped again in 2013, continuing a trend of more than a decade, according to the agency's annual report. The report shows 21,935 Form 100s, which are used to report lost-time claims of more than seven days, were filed in 2013. That's 2% less than the 22,446 filed in 2012.
