Advisory Council Recommends Medical Fee Schedule at Group Health Rates

The Wisconsin Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council will recommend that lawmakers enact a hybrid Medicare-based medical fee schedule with prices that are consistent with the average negotiated price of group health plans statewide. The proposal is one of a dozen the council has included in its agreed-to bill package that will be submitted to legislators early next year.
